I used Japanese sushi rice (recipe beneath!) wrapped in nori sheets stuffed with the “Katsu” which are literally breaded sizzling and spicy vegan fillets from Quorn, carrot ribbons, and a few lettuce. Completed off with plenty of sesame seeds and do-it-yourself teriyaki sauce!
Japanese Sushi Rice
Three cups raw Japanese rice
half of cup rice wine vinegar (such a vinegar is important)
Three tbsp white sugar
1 half of tsp sea salt
Getting ready the rice
1. Wash the Japanese rice 2-Three occasions with water.
