Balsamic glazed mushrooms

7oz (200g) mushrooms
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp tamari
Three tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
Three tbsp water
1 tsp cornflour
1/Three cup edamame
Rice, to serve

Directions :

Boil the mushrooms in a saucepan for round 5 minutes, till they’re cooked via. In the meantime, add the onion to a non-stick frying pan and sauté for 2-Three minutes, permitting it to melt, and put together the sauce by stirring collectively the tamari, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, water and cornflour. Drain and rinse the mushrooms, transferring them to the frying pan along with the sauce. Stir over a medium warmth for an additional 2-Three minutes, to permit the sauce to thicken, earlier than serving.
