Sheet Pan Cashew Tofu

Recipe:

Sheet Pan Cashew Tofu
1 (450g) block additional agency tofu, drained and pressed
1 head broccoli, reduce into thumb sized florets
1 crimson bell pepper, roughly chopped
1/four medium crimson onion, roughly chopped
1/four cup uncooked cashews

Sauce
1/four cup soy sauce
half of tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 half of tbsp maple syrup or agave
2 massive cloves garlic, minced
half of inch contemporary ginger, minced
1 scallion, sliced
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cornstarch

Set oven to 400F. In a small sauce pan over medium warmth, add your sauce components and whisk till it simmers and thickens barely, about 2-Three minutes. Take away from warmth and put aside.

In a bowl, break off tofu into chew sized chunks and pour over 2 tbsp of sauce and toss to coat. On a lined baking sheet sprayed with oil add your tofu, broccoli, pepper, cashews and onion and unfold out evenly permitting sufficient house for every little thing to roast evenly. Sprinkle some pepper and salt and spray the highest of the veggies with a small quantity of oil. Place within the oven and roast for 15 minutes.
