makes 8-10 pancakes
2 half of cups all objective flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
half of tsp salt
2 tbsp cane sugar
1/Four cup apple sauce
2 half of cups almond milk (or any plant milk of your alternative!)
Three tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
Three tbsp poppy seeds
Four tbsp melted vegan butter

For serving:
100% pure maple syrup
extra vegan butter
1.In a big bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, poppy seeds and whisk to mix.
2.In a medium bowl add the almond milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, melted vegan butter, apple sauce and whisk to mix.
3. Add the moist combination to the dry substances and gently fold with a rubber spatula till simply mixed. don’t over combine! Its okay in case your batter appears a bit lumpy.
4. Add the vegan butter to a non stick pan over medium low warmth. As soon as the vegan butter has melted, scale back the warmth to low and add ⅓ cup  or half of cup of batter to the pan. Relying on how massive or small you need them!
5. Cook dinner for 2-Three minutes, till bubbles begin to seem on the floor. Flip the pancake over and cook dinner for one more 1-2 minutes, till golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the pancakes with vegan butter and maple syrup.
