– 4tbsp alpro no added sugar plain dairy free yoghurt⁣

  2. I made this for lunch and served it with wild rice. It was good but next time I will use only half the recommended smoked paprika. It was just a little too smoky for my taste. So if you’re not big into a smoky flavor you might want to use traditional paprika or adjust the smoked paprika to your particular taste. I also used forager brand yogurt which wasn’t as creamy as I would have liked but it was all I had and still provided a creamy texture.
