Do-it-yourself Taco Cups by elavegan

Components
-6 tortillas (common or gluten-free) about 15 cm in diameter
-1 tbsp vegetable oil
-1 onion, chopped
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-Three cups cooked lentils (*see recipe notes)
-1 cup chopped bell pepper (shade of your selection)
-1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
-Spice combination: 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp floor cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, half tsp smoked paprika, half tsp brown sugar, 1/Four tsp crimson pepper flakes, salt and pepper to style
-1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if essential)
-1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-1/Three cup plant-based milk or cream
-Three tbsp tomato paste
-Vegan cheese sauce or cheese of selection (to style)

Directions

Put tortillas in heat-resistant bowls and bake them within the oven at 390° Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes till they’re flippantly browned.
