Crusty components:
~ half cup AP (all function) flour
~ 2 tbsp rice flour
~ 3/four cup water
~ half tsp salt
~ white pepper to style
Combine all in a bowl and put aside.
Preheat oven to 495F. Lower a small head of cauliflower into florets and coat them properly with above. Lay them on a non stick baking sheet and bake for 10minutes, take away and brush some oil on cauliflower, flip and bake for one more 5mins. That is to offer them a roasted look.
