Hummus Pasta (serves 2)

1/four cup authentic hummus
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp sizzling sauce
1/2 tsp crushed pepper flakes
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/four tsp garlic powder
1/four cup sautéd purple onion
1/four cup reserved pasta water

In a small bowl, mix all substances besides onions collectively and whisk till clean. If too thick, add small quantities of water and whisk till desired consistency is achieved. Fold in onions after which pour over pasta and veggies and gently fold collectively till pasta is correctly coated with sauce. 🥣
