7oz (200g) mushrooms
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp tamari
Three tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
Three tbsp water
1 tsp cornflour
1/Three cup edamame
Rice, to serve

Boil the mushrooms in a saucepan for round 5 minutes, till they’re cooked by. In the meantime, add the onion to a non-stick frying pan and sauté for 2-Three minutes, permitting it to melt, and put together the sauce by stirring collectively the tamari, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, water and cornflour.
