Components: * 2 tablespoon of Flaxseeds
* 7 tablespoon Water
* 250g. Chickpeas, cooked
* 1 small Onion
* 1 clove of Garlic
* 150g. Peas
* 1 teaspoon Paprika
* Juice from ½ Lemon
* three tablespoon Flour
* 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
* Handful Parsley (non-compulsory)

Directions:
In a small bowl begin mixing flax seeds and water, put aside.
Prepare dinner the chickpeas or use precooked ones.
In a excessive powered mixer or meals processor add: Chickpeas, onions, garlic, peas, paprika, lemon, flour, baking powder, parsley – and a generously pinch of salt and pepper. Combine till you may have a very good well-mixed texture.
