The recipe ▢️What you want:
1 can chickpeas drained & rinsed,
2 celery stalks finely chopped,
2 inexperienced onions finely chopped,
1 garlic clove minced,
1/four dill pickles finely chopped,
1/four cup packed basil,
1/four cup parsley,
1/four cup vegan mayo,
1/four cup vegan bitter cream,
2tbl water,
2 tbl tahini,
1tsp lemon zest,
2 tbl lemon juice,
sea salt/black pepper to style. .
What you do:

1️⃣ Mash chickpeas with potato masher/again of fork in a mixing bowl, add chopped celery, inexperienced onion, pickles, & garlic, combine effectively
2️⃣ In a blender, mix remainder of the components until clean
3️⃣ Add dressing to chickpea combine. I wrapped mine in lavash and topped it with some cucumbers that I waffle reduce πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
