Crispy Baked Curried Chickpeas bowl by nourishingalex 😋 A bowl full of scrumptious chickpeas, rice, and veggies! Get the chickpeas recipe under:
• 400g can chickpeas, drained & rinsed • 1 tsp curry powder
1️⃣ preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/fuel 6, line a baking tray with non stick baking parchment.
2️⃣ After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a clear tea towel, then add them to a bowl.
3️⃣ sprinkle within the curry powder and stir till the curry powder has coated the entire chickpeas.
4️⃣ Bake them within the oven for 15 – 20 minutes , turning them over midway by cooking time! .
