Creamy tomato mushroom pasta by earthofmariaa
125g pasta of selection
1/2 onion, chopped
150g mushrooms
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp tamari
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/four can coconut milk
Black pepper to style
Giant handful kale
Cook dinner the pasta in keeping with packaging directions. In the meantime, add the onion and the mushrooms to a non-stick frying pan and cook dinner for round 5 minutes, till the mushrooms soften.
