Selfmade Taco Cups by elavegan

-1 onion, chopped

-1 cup chopped bell pepper (shade of your alternative)
-1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
-Spice combination: 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp floor cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, half tsp smoked paprika, half tsp brown sugar, 1/Four tsp pink pepper flakes, salt and pepper to style
-1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if crucial)
-1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-1/Three cup plant-based milk or cream
-Three tbsp tomato paste
