Chickpea Tuna Sandwich! 🌱🥪 by twospoons.ca
Makes: four sandwiches
2 cups chickpeas
Three tbsp tahini
1 lemon, juiced
1/four cup purple onion, finely chopped
1/four tsp sea salt
1/four tsp pepper
Pinch garlic powder (optionally available)
eight slices entire wheat bread
four tsp dijon mustard
1/Three cup cucumber thinly sliced
1/2 cup purple cabbage thinly sliced
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
