CRISPY POTATO TACOS + GUACASALS

2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled
2 tbsp vegan butter (elective)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder 
half tsp pepper 
12-18 corn tortillas 
Avocado oil or oil of selection for frying
Cashew Crema 
1 cup uncooked cashews 
half cup filtered water
Three tbsp dietary yeast (elective)
half tsp salt
Juice of 1 lemon 
half tsp garlic powder
Different toppings
Salsa
Avocado 
Cilantro 
Cherry tomatoes 
Cabbage 
Limes
Directions:
1.Steam peeled and chopped potatoes for 10-15 minutes till fork tender and cooked all the way in which. In a bowl add cooked potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder and vegan butter.
