Lentil soup in 30 minutes 🍁

Ideally for all fall days developing. It’s a creamy and attractive bowl of heat curry, gooey mushy lentils with double the veggies and heat flatbreads.
Simple english recipe right here:
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 200g. carrots
* 1 small onion
* 800 ml. vegetable broth
* 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
* 250g. cooked lentils
* 1 tablespoon corn starch
* 2 teaspoons of curry
* Salt and pepper
* Handful of spinach
Chop garlic, carrot and onion. Prepare dinner in a pot 5-6 minutes till mushy. Add vegetable broth, coconut milk, cooked lentils and corn starch. 
Add curry and black pepper. Style and modify if wanted. Prepare dinner at medium warmth in 10-12 minutes. 
Add spinach simply earlier than servering. Serve with flatbreads, basil and black pepper.
