Substances:
1 apple (I like gala)
1 tsp coconut oil
1/four tsp cinnamon
1/eight tsp cardamom
2 slices complete wheat bread
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp maple syrup to drizzle

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Start by reducing apple into chunk sized cubes. Add to a frying pan with 1 tsp coconut oil and convey to medium-high warmth. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamom and prepare dinner apples, stirring typically till warmed and softened, approx. 5-10 minutes.
2. Toast two slices complete wheat bread and lather with almond butter. Prime toast with fried apple and drizzle with maple syrup.
