SPICY “BEEF” SESAME NOODLES

RECIPE
Serves 4
•1 tablespoon peanut oil
•7 ouncesplant based mostly floor beef
•1 shallot, chopped small
•1 tablespoon minced recent ginger
•2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (tamari or coconut aminos work too!)
•1 tsp coconut sugar
•1/Four cup roasted peanuts
•Eight ouncesrice noodles (I used pad Thai noodles)
•half of – 1 bunch kale, roughly chopped (bok choy, broccoli or spinach could be tasty too)
•Four inexperienced onion , finely minced
•Chili oil to style

Sauce
•1/Four cup tahini
•4-5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (tamari or coconut aminos work too!)
•Three tbsp rice vinegar
•Four cloves garlic , finely minced
•2 tbsp coconut sugar (common sugar, brown sugar or pure maple syrup would work)
•2 tbsp water

Directions:
1.Put together your rice noodles ing the instructions on the bundle.
2. Mix all sauce components in a bowl and whisk collectively.
3.In a pan or wok, Warmth 1 tbsp peanut oil over medium-high warmth. Add in minced recent ginger and a chopped shallot. Sauce for a couple of minutes then add in plant based mostly beef crumbles.
