RECIPE
Makes 10 slices
Elements:
Three cups all-purpose flour
1 cup natural cane sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 3/Four cup almond milk, unsweetened (heat)
1 cup refined coconut oil, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
Four tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp lemon zest
Four tbsp poppy seeds
Glaze:
1 cup natural powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Methodology:
1. Preheat oven to 350 levels F and grease a 9″x 5″ loaf pan with coconut oil and evenly mud with flour and put aside.
2. In a big bowl whisk collectively heat almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon zest.
3. Subsequent add cane sugar to the liquid and whisk. Then add salt, Β baking powder and blend.
