10 Tortilla chips
2 Cups Vegan cheese shreds
1 Cup Corn, recent or canned
1/2 Cup Vegan mayo
Juice of 1Lime
1Teaspoon Chili Lime Salt, I used Dealer Joe’s model
2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
1/four Cup Cilantro for topping, chopped
Further chili lime salt to sprinkle on high

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 levels. 
Now, taking half the chips, place them on a sheet pan then sprinkle half the vegan cheese on high, then half the corn. 
Place the remaining chips on high, then the remaining vegan cheese and corn on high of these chips. 
Bake the chips for 6-Eight minutes or till the vegan cheese is melted and the corn is sweet and scorching. 
Whereas the chips are baking,  take a small mixing bowl and whisk collectively the vegan mayo, lime juice, chili lime salt and finely minced garlic within the bowl. Put aside.
When the chips are executed baking, drizzle the chili lime mayo on high, then sprinkle with cilantro. Serve instantly. .
