Buffalo chickpea sauce

1 tbsp Safflower oil

1 medium sized onion, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 half cups cooked chickpeas (or one 15 ozcan, drained and rinsed)

half cup tomato sauce (passata)

2 tbsp plant-based milk

1 tbsp lemom

Spice combine: 1 tsp onion powder, 3/Four tsp molases, half tsp garlic powder, half tsp smoked paprika, half tsp floor cumin, sea salt, floor pepper, and chili powder to style


10 small tortillas about 14 cm in diameter


Utilizing a fork, roughly mash the chickpeas in a bowl.
