Tofu Scramble: (1 servings)
0.5 tablespoon olive oil
(0.5) 16-ounce block agency tofu
1 tablespoons dietary yeast
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.13 teaspoon turmeric
0.13 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoons non-dairy milk, unsweetened and unflavored

Directions
Warmth the olive oil in a pan over medium warmth. Mash the block of tofu proper within the pan, with a potato masher or a fork. You may as well crumble it into the pan together with your palms. Cook dinner, stirring continuously, for 3-Four minutes till the water from the tofu is generally gone.
Now add the dietary yeast, salt, turmeric and garlic powder. Cook dinner and stir consistently for about 5 minutes.
Pour the non-dairy milk into the pan, and stir to combine.
